Aurora has relatively decent weather year-round and is a short drive to all of the big(ger) city fun of Denver, but Aurora has plenty of fun to offer college students, too. With close access to hiking, skiing, and mountain biking in the mountains to the west, and desert trails galore to the East, the outdoorsy types can stand to have a lot of adventure during their time studying in Aurora.
